Landed at the bus waiting area to find customer fistfights as people who had booked the bus had been randomly cancelled. Bus was then one hour late.
Seats were old and broken the tray table handle of the seat in front was broken causing the table to hit my leg all the time. My first seat had no T.V. signal and my friend's seat had no audio. There were roughly 10 channels with one watchable show at at any given time which would lose reception every 10 minutes. Food was cold.
Credit card was charged twice. They acknowledge it but have stopped responding afterwards.
All in all a terrible experience. Would recommend taking an State Transport bus over this one.
