I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received at your clinic recently. On 25-01-2024, I visited your clinic for pigmentation treatment and to address dark spots on my face. However, I regret to inform you that instead of receiving the intended treatment, I was provided with an incorrect procedure. Even though I have no pimples on my face at all and I also have a video of my first treatment day on youtube to prove it .
After two seasons I realized that there are no effects on my face after treatment and then I went there again. I knew that they gave me the wrong treatment and they also changed my treatment type, I am confused why they changed my treatment type if they know I have no pimples.
Despite clearly communicating my concerns and the specific treatment I required, the treatment administered was not only ineffective but also exacerbated the issues I was seeking to address. This has caused me undue stress and dissatisfaction with the services provided by your clinic.
Furthermore, I would like to address the matter of payment. I had initially requested to pay only half of the total amount, considering the unsatisfactory service and incorrect treatment I received. However, I was informed that full payment was required upfront, totaling Rs. 16770. Despite my insistence on paying only for the services rendered, my request was denied, leaving me with no choice but to pay the full amount.
Given the circumstances and the fact that I did not receive the treatment I sought and paid for, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid. It is only fair that I am refunded the entire sum, as the services provided did not meet the standards expected from your esteemed clinic.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope for a swift resolution to this issue.
