I booked a cab through ola in advance to catch one international flight.
Ola driver called me and mentioned that if I will pay him cash then only he will come. As it was international flight, I told him that pls come and will pay cash if Ola money would be insufficient.
Then as we reached airport bill was 581 and Ola money was sufficient and it was paid through ola money.
Driver start arguing that he needs cash as he needs to refill the tank. I called customer care guy argued with driver but he did not listen to customer care guy.
Then as we started moving towards departure gate, he got angry and snatched my wife bag and tried to put it in car trunk. I tried to stop him and got hurted during this.
He behaved with us in a way like we have not paid money and he is fighting for his money.
after no help, we paid him 581 rupees in cash also and was able to catch our flight.
This is very bad from Ola side, what kind of drivers so these guys hire?
