I Have Been a Loyal Customer Of UBER From The Last 2 Year But Recently UBER HAD Started Making Payments Through CREDIT CARD AND THEY DEMAND FOR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, Which Is Not Accepted At All Specially For Me . However During My Frequent Research And Interations With OLA Their Customer Care, There Drivers And Their OfferS .
• I Decided To Try It Atleast For Once Thats Why Last Month I Heard About A Offer From OLA CABS That If You Charge Your OLA MONEY WALLET With An Amount Greater Than RS299, The OLA MONEY WILL BE Doubled After I Took a First Ride Of Their Service .
Also They Said That I Will Get a Discount Of 25% When I Gave Payment Of My First RIDE THROUGH OLA . I Went Ahead And Recharged For Rs 500, I Booked My First Ride From OLA APP, The App Didn't Works Good It Took To Much Time To Open Any Certain Point And Most Of The Time It LAGS Everytime I Open It To Open Page It Lags And SHUTDOWN .
• Somehow I Manage To Book My First Ride Through OLA APP And It Gaves Me The ESTIMATED TIME Of Driver To Reach At My Home Is 20 MINUTES, I Got Ready And Before 20 MINUTES I Was Outside My House But He Didn't Camed And When I Call The Driver He Didn't Picked My Call, After Standing For 15 Minutes More The Driver Camed The Condition Of CAR Was Not Good They Car Was NOT Cleaned Well The Seats Of The Car Are Dirty And He I Reached At My Destination 25 Minutes Late, As The Driver Of The Car Drives Too Slow And He Is Unaware Of The Short Ways Of The DestinatioN .
• Also When I Paid Him 25% Less CHARGE OF MY FIRST RIDE, The Driver Was Unaware Of THE 25% Less Offer And He Took Full Payment Of My First RiDE Also The DISTANCE WHICH I MEASURED BEFORE TAKING MY FIRST RIDE THROUGH GOOGLE IS 18 KM But The Real KM Which There GPRS Show Is 26.9 Km And When I Told Him About The EXTRA KM CHARGE, They Neglect My Point And Took A Full Payment According To Their GPRS SettinG .
• I Went Home And Wait For 24Hours And Then I Opened The APP TO SEE Whether My AMOUNT OF 299 Was Doubled, But My BALANCE WAS 0 And No Amount Was Doubled, I Called The Customer Care To Ask About 25% OFF ON FIRST RIDE But They Said That It Was Just For 24 Hours However They Had Not Mention It On OFFER PAGE, And When I Asked Them About DOUBLED OFFER They Said That They Had Never Made Such OFFER EVER, I Told Them TO TRANSFER MY RS299 AMount Back In My Acount But They Refused It, I Called Them And Mailed Them But They Didn't Reply Me . I Saw This Offer On Their App HOME SCREEN But Still They Clearly Lied After I Argued With Them They Said Bad Things To Me And Dropped My CaLL .
Overall I Will Not Recommend It To Anyone As They Maked FALSE OFFERS And Cheat With People, STOP CHEATING The Customers With FRAUD OFFERS AND SCHEMES OF GIVING 50% OFF . They Simply Bring Out Offers To Trap People By Attracting Them And Then Do FRAUD WITH THEM . The Driver Are Clueless And Customer Service Act Likes Illetrate And Arrogant, It Is So Fraustating To Get Into a CaB With a Novice Driver Who Knows Nothing, I Just Wanted To Share My True Experience With Other People So That They Could Stay Away From Such Traps And Feel SaFE .
