These days cab services are in high demand and many agenvies have started catering to fulfil these demands.
Most famous ones are ola, uber and taxi for sure.
They have made good use of mobile platform to create their apps which are indeed handy and helpful for quivk and hassle free bookings. But their drivers should live upto expectations as well.
I had tried ola a few times and have had mostly a veey unpleasant experience with them.
Once I booked the cab and even called the driver myself to confirm the booking, I gave him the details for the pivk up. I waited for 10-15 mins over the given time. When I called him again he said he had taken some other customer just then and that he can come after dropping that customer.
I was very disappointed with their service. Another time while booking there seemed to b some fluctuation and in an instant the prices changed during the booking process.They should make sure driver availabilty is guaranteed and provide better service.
