On Monday morning around 5.30 am I have booked Ola share from ISBT to Noida. Another cab was shwoing 15 min, so I booked share cab. Time was given 3 minutes. I have waited there around 10 minutes and call the driver. He said I will be there in 2 minutes. After 10 minutes I again called. He said he got another booking and reaching there. Almost after 1 hr waiting, what he did. Please check screenshot. He did not even came to ISBT and punched that cab arrived. When I got notification I took this screenshot.
This is the worst exepereince which I ever had.
Will not use OLA again in future.
