I have booked the Ola cab from noida to karampura. They booked my cab around 5:30 PM and they said that the cab will reach at my place around 6:00 PM. But cab didn't reach at my place and when I called to the Ola cab office they said because of traffic cab is coming late so I need to wait for next 15-20 mins.
But till 7:00 PM the cab didn't reach at my place. I called up again and ask about the status of the cab they said that the cab has been cancelled so I need to book the cab again. This was the worst service provided by Ola cab to me. I suggest to everyone that please don't book the Ola cabs.
