I have a worst experience of taking an Ola taxi I will advise you my experience I have to travel a distance of 10 km so I booked an Ola taxi so when I booked the ola taxi I need to sit in the taxi for 10-20
minutes
If we need to go out wherever on time or early so I recommend you to not book the Ola taxi. whenever we select our area on the application and on the other hand when we call they again ask the same inquiry again which makes client frustrate and if they dislike our area then ask to book another cab and makes every possible reason for not coming in that area which is mentioned in the appication for pick-up
so I suggest everyone if you are in hurry so never book an Ola instead of bokking an ola you should go by Auto-rikshaw
