FRAUD. Review on Ola Cabs

Hey Guys I have booked an Ola Mini some days ago at around 1: 00AM After attending a Marriage party. We are around Four members and a Child. After Five minutes the cab reaches the pick up location and when we start sitting in the ola their Driver said that only Four members are allowed to sit inside the cab and if you want to add an extra member i.e adult or child than you have to pay Rs 50 for per head Extra. So in this situation what we can do. Than I said yes that we can pay Rs 50 extra for a child and reached our destination. Than next day I called to ola cab complaint centre to register my Complaint. And I ask them if there is any rule that in ola mini only four members are allowed to ride than they say no there is not any kind of a rule. Than they say that ur complaint is registered and we can penalize the driver or arrestigate him. But they do not take any action because after some days I book a ride on ola cab than the same FRAUDY driver comes and than I cancelled the ride. Therefore I recommend that do not pay any extra charges to the Driver. If they say to pay an extra charge than immediately call the ola helpline number.
