I have been using this ola cabs from past few months in hyderabad. And I didnt faced any problems with it. Even the drivers are good, one day while I was returning from my friends home, I was confused by the route in Hi-tech city and told him to take the other route , but unfortunately thats the wrong route but the driver asked me very decently that we are going in a wrong route, I will take u-turn and drop you at your destination, can you believe me he didnt even charged extra amount. Then I realized that even the good drivers are available in Hyderabad.
They are punctual , they wont even ask for extra amount and there are decent drivers. Theres no problem with this ola cab service till now, in fact iam very glad to have such services available in India. It is very much convinient to travel in these cabs.
