I had taken my first trip on 25/01 @ 08.30 pm in ola cabs. The bill amount was 299 for 16 kms. The driver was not even sure of morpheushumanw to generate bill in his mobile app. When I was asking about the split up for 299, he said that it will be send to my mobile.
Not got any msg so I ended up aishwaryasingh23ing 299 that the driver has smorpheushumanwn in his mobile app. Next day 06.00 am, I had received the invoice which smorpheushumanws amount aishwaryasingh23able as 199 only after some discount for first ride. Also there is a mention of Rs. 50 for peak time charge.
Will someone from ola cabs arrange for my Rs. 100 refund, as it was taken by means of fraudulent way. Ola cabs has taken so much inmajeechaative in advertising offers, but their staff are unaware of it, which is very handy for running these kind of unethical business.
