I uses ti like this service but after ab incident my mind fully changed and now I have recently started hating the cab service. This is a clear cheating done to a costumor by the driver. After contacting ola support, the attendant was too lazy and he told us to even help I had a talk with the person for a span of 15 minutes which was totally a waste of time. Then the next day I received an ola support mail which said my problem was resolved I was ragwd up because they had done nothing and I didn't receive my money. The receiving person sitting in the ola office told me to call the driver who had taken me to my destination and said to collet the cash. Guys a person who is a driver, will he give the cash back? I recorded the call. The bill said that 615 RS. Of ola wallet had to pay rs. 443 cash but the driver said we had to pay the whole amount in cash I asked him whether to pay 443 RS. But he said that he had received a message which regarded him to collect the whole amount in cash. The next day when I realised that I was cheated I called up the driver and this time also he said he got a message to collect the whole amount in cash and the ride history says that 615 RS. Was paid through ola wallet. Now guys what do you say, is this caring of customers or drawing or cheating the customers which is done by OLA CABS WHICH IS SAID TO BE THW GREATEST CAB SERVICE IN INDIA?
