I was very impressed with ola when they first introduced their services. Their rates were cheaper than auto rickshaws. Later when they had formed their customer base, they started charging extra giving lame excuses such as peak hour charges and waiting charges.
No other cabs do this. Anytime of the day I book a cab, they charge me peak hour charges. Apart from this they charge Rs 2/ min as waiting charges. I would never recommend anyone to use ola cabs. They are frauds. They cheat customers.
Never ever use ola cabs. They s**k.
