I had a bad experience with Ola cabs and even sent them an email. Its been 3 days now and there hasn't been any response so I'm pasting my exact email below.
Also, the driver tried taking the car in a one way lane and hastily took a risky U turn when he saw cops from a distance. Anyway below is the email,
This was one of the worst cab rides ever. I have a balance of 100+ and the driver still forced me to pay 115. When I saw the email, I can see that there's a waiting charge of 14 rupees. My parents boarded the cab before time and did not make him wait a single minute plus there wasn't any traffic at all. In spite of telling your driver that I'll call the customer care regarding the balance issue, he did not agree. He just kept abusing my parents(I wasn't travelling) and yelling at them in front of everybody. This was a very very bad experience, especially for my parents. Whats the point of having a balance when your drivers don't deduct it? I was charged 115 rupees for a 1.6km cab ride.
You should really screen your drivers properly before letting them drive. Worst possible service. I'm very frustrated.
