Booked a cab from Whitefield to Rajajinagar. To my horror, once the cab reached outer ring road, the driver said his cab has been locked by the OLA team and cannot proceed with the drop. He asked me get out of the cab. Called up the customer care, handed over the phone to the driver. There starts verbal fight between them. After wasting 20 mins, I had to get down from the cab. There I was, an alone woman, stranded on ring road. With no connectivity to my place from there, I had to take 3 autos to reach my house.
These guys have worst service, ill mannered drivers, no work ethics. I would say, no woman should book this cab if they are traveling alone. never know, where the driver will throw you out!
This cab service should be banned from operations.
