I had a very bad experience ola cab on sunday 15th february 2015 .i had to be at banglore at 5:30 I have booked to 2 cabs before 3:30 and the cab driver called me and took all the detail about my point to pickup from the airport but the two cab also got cancelled and the 2nd cab driver called me before and he also got switch off!and I called cab customer care the helped me to pick up in that same point in after 5 minute, but their was no idea about the cab number or any of the clues, and I was already late to get to this cab . And made a booking on the other taxi company .
The tour operator is not helpful because at that point the cab and money is not important, but the time is more important in the point of view the ola cab should be better contact between the cab to cab so that the timely pickup made easy so it will be helpful .The time of the which we want to be pickup is to be made simple by called by customer care so that the ride become ease.
Knowledge of tour guides is not important because the customer is not waiting for the knowledge but some time they need to help customer to guide the place that the destination that they reach .at the point of view they not even talk to us also because the cab is already booked always want to take care about the clear destination about the place that we have booked the cab.
Transportation quality is not very nice because ola maintaining a very bad conditioned vehicle, the booked car is very poor doors and seats no seat belt and there is no ac especially in the mini cab .The car should be smooth and maintained carefully so that may be helpful to customer satisfaction and the cab will become more famous become successful .The customer care should be more upgrade about cleanness maintain and service provided that may also be helpful.
Some of the tips before choice the location or destination to the pickup
1)please check the location in your mobile is on or off
2)Please enable wifi or gps locator that may helpful know the perfect destination
3)please give the perfect landmark that could help the driver reach in time
4)Give accurate number and perfect ready before choice the destination that may helpful to driver raid in better position.
5)Recheck the cab number that you have order or not.
6)check weather the cab driver of the respected car driver or not.
