"The idea of united and centralized Cab booking was great, but they failed in the implementation.I am from state of Kerala.I have booked OLA cabs many times, guess what, they made me wait like for ever, this incident happened many a times, book using OLA, they assure you pickup sooner, and no one will show up, try contacting them, they will ask you to wait for another 15 minutes and still none.
Even if they show up, behavior of these freelancer drivers are rude.Best advice, avoid OLA Cabs if possible, they can never be a choice over conventional cabs.What is the point of booking a cab with less than 30% of probability for them to show up!"
