Today was the umpteenth time I had a problem with the ola cab service. They hire arrogant drivers whose arrogance stems from an extremely careless and inefficient customer support. The customer support just wards off the issues like they don't exist in the first place, makes some false promises and leaves things like that. Unlike Uber they are not customer oriented. They provide cheaper service but the quality is extremely poor. If you want a reliable ride, pay Rs20 more to Uber and avail it. At least you won't be asked to get off halfway with the customer service saying, ' sorry, can't help'.
