The worst service ever. First of all I tried to book cab from the mobile app and it took me around 1 hour to book the cab because everytime something went wrong. I was able to finally book the cab after 15 minutes and then I got the message that due to some technical reasons my cab booking has been cancelled. I booked cab again and it was done easily then.
When I boarded cab I asked the driver to turn on the a.c which he should have already turned on in this hot weather. After 10 minutes I realised that a.c was not working properly, so I complained to driver. He said that a.c is like that only and he has no alternative to that.
