Hello OLA Team,
I am writing this in reference to the ride that my family took from HSR Layout sec 2 to Iskon Temple at Rajaji Nagar.
The driver was not sure of the route and he took us to some very long route and the total bill came out to be Rs 785( Please refer CRN113029114, Total distance covered 38.34) . It was almost 2 hrs we were there in the cab. I am sure you can understand that how frustrating it is and we lost our most of our valuable time.
However, on return the total bill came out to be Rs 493.( Please refer CRN113029114, Total distance 22.95 Kms) .
I reported this complaint yesterday and it was told to me that this was the fault from the drivers side and he took some long route. The extra amount which has been deducted will be refunded as OLA money.
Could you please check and let me know that what exact amt will be returned? As per me, it will be extra money which was charged is 785 - 493= 292 and this should be returned to us.
Also, its my humble request and suggestion, please hire those drivers who knows at least our national language( Hindi) so that they can communicate with the passengers and this kind of nonsense would not happen with some other customers like us.
