Hello everyone,
This is my honest review for the OLA cab service. I personally like this concept and services provided by ola if liked by me and my family where I can book a car quickly and with in 5 min car comes to pick me up on my place where rate is also moderate. But when required I booked my CAB 3 hours before to catch my train. I had to travel along with my small baby. But to my surprise at the time when cab was supposed to reach my home, driver was enjoying some where else. When I called him on his mobile phone he said that he is on the way. And we waited for another 45 minutes . But as expected this was a big lie from OLA and false promise of service.
Please use other services if you have an option.
