I booked a ride on 11th August 2016. Firstly the driver never calls, and my calls are not reaching him as he was busy on the call.
Then when I change my mind and book another cab, cancelling the one I booked, the previous driver calls and says I need CRN to cancel the Cab request I had booked. Later on I get a message saying my money was deducted as the Driver used up my money to ride when I did not even get into the cab!
Drivers are taking benifits of OLA Money autoDeduct and there should be some validation process from the customer end!
