Ola cab is the worst cab service of India. Whenever you need this cab, you will never get it, if also its available then on high surcharge! Its very much costly as compared to other cab services.
Last week I booked a Ola Prime, but it was very sub-standard. The wifi and ac of the cab was not working at all. They demand that Ola Micro has the cheapest rate. But you will very rarely find an Ola Micro, and if you get that, high surcharge will be involved. But trust me, Ola Micro is not at all cheap as compared to other mini cab services.
Once I pre-booked a Ola Sedan, almost 24 hours prior to my journey. After getting the driver details I called the driver, but he didnt picked up my call. So its very much frustating. I would never recommed Ola to anyone.
