This is to bring to your information that on 8th Dec 2015, I booked a Ola cab in Jaipur with the number - "723*". I also got the 1st ride free worth coupon of Rs. 200/- which I also shared the app on whatsapp to avail for the same. After I was dropped at my destination, the cab driver Mahendra told me to pay Rs. 118 for the ride.
I was shocked for my belief, Ola Cab cheated me for my first free ride as my first riding experience turned up into a nightmare, that to Driver extended my kms, he deliberately crossed two red lights though I already told him that I would need to be dropped at "Swarn Path" still he intentionally drove upto "Kaveri Path" and then made a U turn from there to drop at my residence.
Ola Cab cheated me, they cheat its customers, I got no benefits of their promo coupons.
