Experience 1) Said that 2 PM is peak hour and charged me 1.6 times the price


Experience 2) 11:45 am is also a peak hour charged me 1.3 times the price


Experience 3) I book cab at 10:00 AM in Mangalore I have to catch the flight at 12:30 PM. The cab booking was confirmed .


unfortunately cab did not arrive at all, when I called( ola did not bother to call me)  they said no cabs available so I have to make other arrangements


Experience 4) if the price is regular but not inflated price. Drivers bluntly deny the call and give some excuse. Happened to me yesterday.
