Today morning I have to travel from koyambedu to avadi. So in early morning I picked up a ola cab. I usually books only uber but today uber is not available and I have no time to wait so that j booked a cab on ola.
I need to go to avadi by 7 pm and I booked my cab on 5.20 am. Usually it takes only 35-40 Minutes only as there is no traffic and other limitations and cost me around ₹300-380( Vary day to day) .
But today is a very very bad day for me. The driver of this cab doesn't know any routes and blindly follows the google navigation system which is a damn.
I tried to assist him but he is not hearing my voice and follows the GPS advice only. He takes 120 minutes to cross the 22 kms.
This can be bearble but he gives me a bill which tell me to pay ₹1340. This gives me a shock.
And I asked for the reason of this amount. First I note that the estimated rate is only ₹400-520 and I file a compalint the he tells me that I travel more than 50 kms.
My driver call the customer care and tell the real story. The GPS system collapse my whole day. Feeling irritated with ola service and poor customer support!
