used an OLA cab(CAR INDICA WHITE KA 01 AC 6356, CRN 192816368 driver Mohad Ismail 9686378465)yesterday ie 28 Feb 2016 in Bangalore for going from MG Road to the airport it was a Pathetic Experience.
The cab was booked using the app by one of the senior executives of the company . The experience was pathetic due to the following reasons
the cab was in a horrendous shape externally and internally, BADLY DENTED AND SCRAPED., WINDSCREEN CRACKED ACROSS, SEATS TORN,DUSTY .( DONT YOU GUYS DO ANY SCRUTINY BEFORE ENROLLING CABS, OR DO YOU SIMPLY WANT TO MAKE MONEYT OUT OF HAPLESS PEOPLE LIKE ME?)
tHE DRIVER did not know the route to the airport,he said that his navigation app/feature was not working. he did manage to loose his way several times, finally I had to sw on an IPAD and navigate)
The AC was not working.
Finally the icing on the cake,I was charged 721 rupees, the same route in the morning I had paid Rs 468 on an uber which was neat and clean a mahindra logan with a functional AC and a knowledgeable driver.
I WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH A RECEIPT FOR THE AMOUNT PAID NOR WAS A BILL GIVEN.
KINDLY REFUND ME THE AMOUNT CHARGED IN EXCESS AND THE UNWARRANTED UNDESERVED SUFFERING OF AN HOUR .
KINDLY RESPOND ELSE I WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT.
