My Friend suggeated me to try ola so I tried once ride.!
1st of all when I wanted the cab for urgent it didnt help me no cabs were available .I waited for 10 min then too no cab was available!
And if I tried to book cab they siad after 1 hr this was in boriwali, Mumbai!
And the second time the cab was available and I had a 100rs coupon so I applied and ride after I reached the destination, it was 6km run the drived looted me the bill was 223rs instead of 135rs and I have to pay the extra 123rs for that I read all the charges per Km
It charges 100rs for 1st 4Km and after that 14rs/Km
Then 135rs should be the bill that was my 1st ride this happend .
After wards I came to know that h3 applied the pick time charge to my bill 1.6 times multipiled by my bill so worst experience!
So my advice is if Anybody trying ola just remember to see the pickup time charge before confirming your ride!
Overall The cabs are well maintained and the service is also nice but they loot people charge exact double of the bill also sometimes the cabs are not available!
