I booked a ola cab which was supposed to pick me up after 6 hours, i.e. 4 am. I booked the cab from new delhi to Indra Gandhi Domestic Airport. Well, when the time of picking up came, the driver stopped receiving my calls and didnt even come to the pick up location. I wrote an e-mail about this to their customer support team and I was assured that no such future incident will happen again. The point is, I could have missed me flight if I was not able to manage an alternative mode to the airport.
