Their drivers are ignorant for most part. Make sure you check the fare receipt after you finish your trip. Fares include parking and toll charges . When driver insisted that I pay for parking, I did, as he said that parking was not included in fare. After finishing trip when I checked my receipt I saw that it was indeed included.
Their arrogant cs said I have to be'careful' from next trip onwards.
My advice is be very vigilant while riding with their cabs.
