We had a horrible experience with Ola Cabs Pune. We had booked a cab on the night before to travel to airport the next day early morning at 5.30. I called Ola at 4.45 asking for driver details. They said I will get the driver details half an hour before. But I got a message at 5.00 saying that my booking has been delayed by 45 minutes! I had a flight to catch at 7.15! When I called them there was no good response except "sorry for the inconvenience" I asked to speak to supervisor but was completely denied the possibility.
I told them I will miss the flight but they did not budge. How can they just delay a booking by a whole 45 minutes? I do not have a car and I was completely stranded because of Ola. It was an experience of utter helplessness and frustration and anger to deal with Ola. Please, never use this service. They are completely unreliable.
