Ola cabs are recommended by many but when I used the service it was very poor the drivers are very rude and think themselves to be something and many of them also does not know the roads clearly, I wanted to travel from Dilshad Garden to Kalindi Kunj which was a distance around 21 kms, and ordered an ola micro, the cost should have been around 150-160 rupees but to my surprise when we halted at the stop the fare was wooping 626 rupees me and my family were just shocked to see the rate and complained the driver that we are not going to pay such a huge amount of money but he refused and say that the money calculator in the smart phone of his was correct and has no fault, we argued for a long time but I was not willing to pay that much amount( I could have taken an ordinary taxi or auto and it would have costed me about 450 rupees).
Then I told him that I am not going to pay until he let me talk to their sales representative, I talked to the representative and so did he and finally we got to know that when he dropped a passenger before me the passenger had come from Faridabad(Haryana) and had to pay 3 toll taxes for enterin delhi and then UP the mindless fellow forgot to cancel the money and added my rate to the same amount. If I would have not seen the problem he would have taken an extra 550 rupees from me
Also the drivers of ola are very lazy and when you order the taxi after sometime cancel them and write sorry the driver is unavailable they also do not tend to keep your luggage in the car and angers on you if you ask them to do so I have even heard a driver saying to a customer that "I am not a coolie this is your job to put the luggage in the car" finally according to me ola cabs are just a scam and time pass and they should close their services, public bus drivers are better than ola drivers
so my advice would be not to choose these cars as they will only end up in wasting your time and money, after seeing the service of the ola cabs I either prefer an auto or bus or a metro to travel around in the city
