From Ola cabs Chennai office, I am(operator of TN11 L 2616 attached with Ola) getting mental harassment by Ola employees. When I raised so many complaints to support team Ola, I was not getting proper response and they did not take any action against their employees. When I said to raise a police complaint they threatened and said police force is in their pocket, so I only will be in trouble if I raise police complaint. So I am very scared to raise police complaint too.
As a lady, am getting mental torture from ola chennai office. I have given Rs.10000 for one year agreement with ola. I am concern that I will not be refunded if I quit from Ola. Apart from this, my vehicle is only blocked, and they are holding incentives, giving so many complaints which does not have proofs with the complaints. But still I am facing the issues because of the agreement. Ola management never obey their commitment, and they are running their business against our government rule.
