3rd April 2016, Bangalore, I had to reach airpot by 11:30PM to catch an international flight and at this instance non of the OLA driver were ready to pick me up though I had received a driver number via sms who was supposed to give a drop.
On calling the driver he was insisting me to cancel the trip and rebook another one at around 8:30PM . Hence I had to call the customer care the the response from the support team was the all the cabs are 6-9 KMs away from the place and it is not practically possible to deliver the service, unless I rebook and look for a new cab with in my limits .
All these set of idiots want to save their face for which they play these prank. Also want to let you all know that the support team was blaming that I had booked the cab from a location 9Km away from the place where I asked for the pickup . I was wondering the whole day I was at home and doing the travel preparation including the OLA booking, how come these people got a wired geogrophical Lat/Long
In short, OLA services are very much deteriorated and it is safe to go with Uber and other known local taxies is you are pressed on time . Never reply on OLA cab
