I had pathetic experience booking cabs from their fraudulent service. During my first booking I had ordered Ola prime for my airport drop as I was traveling with some bags but the car arrived with a gas cylinder& driver's personal stuff in the boot& a big size fire extinguisher on the rear seat. Obviously I didn't have time to rebook as I was running late for my flight. The car condition was horrible as well as if it arrived from some war zone, I wish I would have taken some pictures for proof.
On my way back at Delhi airport when I booked their service just to give a second chance, their driver denied taking me to my destination as he wasn't interested. I had to wait for 20 min to get a cab.
Both instances were reported to Ola customer care but as if they care about anything.
This unprofessional service is NOT RECOMMENDABLE at all.
Stay away& donot book their service to avoid any bitter experience. I didn't have any issue with Uber till date as they do not deviate as far as customer service is concerned.
