After demonetization due to lack of cash OLA have been the best travelling partner for most of us.As we are heading towards cashless economy ola is going to be the future of travelling.
Now as they have cover almost every city, there are still some issue they should look upon
. It is not a mismanagement at single level, though it sounds a bit rude I am going to show how you make fault at multiple levels.
They take very less time to pick up their customers. Very nice.
Their drivers are rude. My personal experience, i had witnessed that sorry;
Their drivers think they can fool the clients. May be not, not with us, because we have other choices as well.
Their app is faulty. A serious bug of not matching expectations of drivers.
Their customer care are not responsive to their clients. Come on! You can't do that in this business model, because its all about your customer
There was a lack of belief for Ola ecosystem in driver's attitude.
They are good in waiving the trip money. Thank you. However, I believe they should take money and work to improve our experience.
