I am a resident of delhi. The Ola cab concept is good but the operations are not professional. I downloaded the App on android phone and wanted to use it. my first experience was really bad as the cab which I tagged and was suppose to arrive at my place for pick did not come.
Although it was showing booked and on the way after I received confirmation message. Than after one hour I received a thank you message for using the services. Everything was good like booking confirmation, tracking, feedback but there was no ride.
It was terrible experience and when I sent the message back and reported for no show of cab to customer service there was no response. another terrible thing . I do not recommend.
