Talking few years back ola started setting newlandmarks. among various transport services ola used to be the best cab services in India but since last some months me n my friends are regulerly facing issues with ola.
maximum drivers are untrained and illitrate and dong even have basic knowledge of gps nevigation.
every time I book cab it take triple time to arive than shown at the time booking.
although ola is trying to maintain there class by not joining old and unfit cars buu still some of the cabs are in very bad condition .
if u r in hurry dont go for ola as it may increase hour late duration
