Ola really offers nice cab service in major parts of the country. I really like ola cabs and I do use it a lot. The best part is that you don't have to find them, they come to your location and pick you up. Yeah there are some drawbacks as well like most of the drivers are not much friendly with the internet or the gps system and there are price hike at times due to high demand. But this problems can be neglected as this will get improved over time. The main reasons to like ola is that you don't have to fight or bargain with the driver for fare and they also gives a round figure estimate, the cabs are also clean nice, comfortable with ac, quite safe if travelling alone or at night. And if there is any issue with the driver we can easily complain through registered email. We can also share our destination with friends, family members so they can track us so we can see that its completely safe. Ola also have wide range of categories like micro, mini, prime sedan, prime suv with different prices respectively. Overall ola is much more better than the usual or local taxi service offered.
