I booked a cab on 26th October 2014 afternoon for a drop from Pune Railway station at 7.30 AM on 27th October which means I made a booking at least 18 hours prior to the travel.
On 27th October morning 6.30 AM, I called up OLA customer care and got assurance that I will get cab at 7.30 AM and a SMS with driver details at 7 AM.
I got a call from driver at 7.15 AM and he asked me the pick up location. Then he mentioned that he is 20kms away and he is not interested to come to Pune rail station. In frustration I called up customer care but the lady was helpless and finally cancelled my booking. I had to make other arrangements to travel from station to home. OLA management has no idea to whom and how they are assigning cabs. They have not made any alternate arrangements.
There is No compensation and not even a sorry call from OLA for this pathetic service Imagine you have to catch a morning flight or train and suddenly before leaving home you come to know that your cab cannot arrive. Please do NOT trust OLA at all. They have a very very UNRELIABLE service.
