Launched With Big Limitation. Review on Oglas

Oglas is a android app from which I can earn money during phone call . I had found the Oglas app from a internet blog . I have using the app from 3 month . Till now my overall experiences are below average . It has some issue .

Log in problem:- During first meet with this app, got negative experience . It's because, when I try to register OTP not received after trying again & again . Then I stopped re-trying . After 2 days Oglas stated sent sms continuously by saying Please Log In Our App . During my busy time these sms irritate me too much . After using the app for few weeks, update the app . App log my account automatically & then again I faced log in problem . I was failed to log in app for few days .

Earning Issue:- I can earn maximum 15 Paisa per phone call . If my call duration less than 10 seconds, it can't give me any point . But, after more than 10 sec call it don't depend upon call duration . I mean either my call 10 sec or 10 hours it give me same point i.e 15 Paisa . So, I think Oglas must give earning as per call duration .

Update balance issue:- When I update my balance from Provisional Wallet to Final Wallet sometimes it takes long time to update & sometimes after loading for long time it didn't update my balance . Previously, I don't receive earnings for some eligible call .

Bad Customer Service:- After updating my wallet I didn't got balance for some calls . So, I call their customer care . Firstly they said for which call I face the issue, that time which banner show in my phone screen . Actually, during every phone call it show an big banner with some advertisement . Banner changes time to time . So, this is not possible to remember it with exact phone call . This big banner also a problem when I want end the call or want to do anything during phone call . Because of it's big size . Anyway, after saying their customer care that  I forgot the banner, they requested to mail them with my call list . I sent them the same . But, balance not credited .

Redemption issue:- There have a big problem when a user try to redeem the balance . The first redemption has a limit of 50/- . User can't redeem their balance other than 50/- for first time . They have another limitation of time . User should redeem the balance on working days, working hours . Even in this short redemption period many times I can't redeem my balance . Recently when I try to redeem my balance it show Recharge/Bill Payment will be start from Monday 12 P.M . From long days this message showing . I don't know what is the exact reason . From long time I am unable to redeem my balance .

After recharge my mobile it don't alert me that transaction is successful or failed or pending .

It gave me 10/- for per referral . With my refer code one user register on Oglas, but I don't get 10/- .

So, finally I say that Ogals app has many issues . They should fix the issues . Now, I don't recommend it to anyone .
