I love to read, but I hate this book. its dumb and full of annoying self pitying characters. It was such a dumb book. It looked like a good book from the review, but I had to force myself to read it.
The book is about a big retarded man, Lennie, and his smart friend George. they are both poor ranchers in the great depression. I think this book is stupid. George needs to leave Lennie with his aunt and move on with his life because its not his business. everybody needs to stop complaining and get a life!
Curley's wife should have died. her life was miserable anyway. if crooks didn't like being the only black guy on the farm he should move. lennie should have died a long time ago because he has no purpose. and everything happened in like thee days, THANK GOD IT WAS SHORT. I would recommend this book to people who who have no life and enjoy wasting their time.
