I had purchased a Maruti Suzuki Dezire VXi AMT car on 28.10.2020 from Ocean Motors, Indore. Just after 10 days and running 200 km, there was an oil leak from the car. The service technicians told that it is Transmission Oil leakage. No one at the service centre knew as to how and why it has happened. The matter is supposed to be reported to the factory which will instruct further. Just after 9-10 days the car has developed a major problem. The dealer and the company have out rightly refused to change the car, though it is a manufacturing fault. Different officials from the dealership and Maruti Company have given me different versions of the fault and the process adopted. When I told that I will take legal action if car is not replaced, I was told by dealership as well as company officials to go ahead and do whatever I wanted to. Today they were kind enough to provide me a loner car with an EMPTY fuel tank. This the level of product quality and the customer service of the largest car manufacturer of the country.
