I was travelling from Manali to Delhi and I had to book rooms for me and my family, total 10 members.
I tried to book few hotels through OYO Rooms and booked 4 rooms for one night and in Hotel D Inn. and paid the full amount as there is no option for pay at hotel or advance payment option.
I was in journey from Manali as I said and within few mins I got another message saying my booking for hotel Rama inn was cancelled and my amount will be refunded to my bank within 3 to 7 working days.
I was worried that we may not get 4 room at one place as it was already evening by that time and booked another hotel immediately and then I realized my first booking was done for hotel D Inn and I never paid any amount for Hotel Rama Inn, now I have booked rooms for 20 instead of 10.
I immediately called the customer care and requested for cancellation but I was informed I will not get a refund of single rupee also .
I explained them the situation and also requested them to deduct the advance and repay at least 50% of amount but they did not bother to listen .
Guys please do not book on oyo hotels they are just worse in their services.
I sincerely hate them .
