I visited OYO Room in new delhi I had booked this room a week in advance and I got an additional discount of Rs. 1000/- I booked it for 2 days. The automated service of confirmation is good. The wait time for close to 25 mins since the rooms were getting ready. The Bottled water was not supplied. The electrical points were not working.the breakfast was cold and one item was already over when were were there at 9 am in morning as the cut off was 10 Am for the break fast.
There was no medical kit available for a basic medical issues. When all this was brought to the notice at the reception the only standard and scripted answer was.:we are sorry" or "You could have complained". I doubt if they are capable of managing the Service Industry.
