My name is Vimal Panchal. I wanted to share my experience and feedback with you as I have taken your service.
All below points I am listing from quotation to receiving goods at door step.
- I called to Mr. Vijendar to know about service provided by Om Packers.
2. I have two options for Movers and Packers 1. Agarwal and 2.Om I have chosen Om because as name suggests May it's service would be good though its cost is high then the Agarwal packers.
- They have sent me quotation for my luggage like 9500/- and I deal with them to ok will take your service.
3. I called to Mr. Vijendar to load the luggage from my home Baroda on Wednesday 4th May 2011. They said like ok we will take your goods at evening time from your home Baroda.
4. Once they have packed all the goods or house hold I got a call at night from Mr.Vijendra having said that the cost of packages and moving would be now 13, 500/- .
5. Once all the goods or house hold packed now they are negotiating for cost. We agree on 11, 000/- and Saturday morning I would be receiving my good at Pune.
6. Many many times I have called them to ask about status of my goods. I have called to Mr. Kumar , Mr. Vijendra and Mr. Manoj first they are not responding well in answer there answer would like round round they have never said exact answer. Finally I asked Mr. Vijendar. He said like our transport truck or tempo engine got destroyed and it will take time to repair and your luggage at Vapi so he said your luggage reach at Pune Sunday morning 10:00 AM.
7. Sunday 8th May you can't believe I called them 50 times even more then that but never gets answer proper Mr. Vijendar said your goods are at Vadodara you do what ever you want to do.
- I asked Mr. Kumar he said like your goods will reach at your home 2:00 PM in Pune.
9. I called 2:38 PM to Mr. Kumar and Mr. Manoj they said your luggage is far from Pune like 70 km far from Pune. And it will take time to reach at your home 4:00 PM.
10.I called 4:28 PM to Mr. Kumar and confirm about my luggage he said it will take 2 hours more to reach at your home. Like 6:30 PM.
11. I called them at 7:30 and confirm by Mr. Kumar that your luggage will reach in 15 to 20 Mins at your door Pune. Same time I got a call from tempo driver he said like we are transferring your luggage from one tempo to other so it will take 1 and half hours to reach your luggage at your door step.
12. And once the tempo reach at 10:00 PM to Pride regency they were not taking tempo inside the society I have to pay cash first and then they will take inside tempo it.
13.I have paid 6000 cash and they take tempo inside the society.
14. Once I received the luggage I found that some of the goods or luggages are missing. I called up to Mr. Kumar and confirm the missing items from packages. He said he wills reimburse it right now from 6000 and confirm with Vijendra.
15. I got a call from Kumar and said Sir, last and final time give me chance to prove my self trust on me I will credit money in your account by tomorrow 10:30 AM sure sure sure. Give me one chance.
- Till date I don't received any 1 rs from them in my account. Now he said like you will get only 72% of amount of lost items.
This is my worsted experience with Om movers and packers. Friends I wanted to log complain in Police station at Baroda against Om movers and packers and I wanted to ask to TV9 to take some action against them.
Below are the missing items from received items.
2 cello chair white
Wooden table.
Photo frame of myne and Nilam
Wall clock.
Digital camera from suitcase.
Lamp
7. Some more packets.
Computer table destroyed like 6 pieces they have done of my computer table.
They have broken my ulmari (Tijori).
Friends I would suggest not to go with Om movers and Packers. Spread this as much as you can.
