I subscribed to this gym 2 months back and they charged me about 11K for the facilities including stuff like personal lockers. But recently I lost my wallet and 10k cash which apparently I carried that day. When I complained to the staff they said they are not responsible for any valuables and personal belongings. I do not understand why they charge for such facilities and not provide the service.
The incident was very disappointing and provoked a lot of anger as an affected customer. I would not recommend this gym to anyone purely because of this incident. The facilities are good but the staff managing them are not. Not sure if this area is prone to such incidents but I was expecting the gym to take care of my wallet when placed into the locker. Not sure who the culprit is here but the staff are not willing to take responsibility for the incident and they refused to provide suitable compensation.
