I will give a really strict and genuine advice. Please don't buy O General's AC at any cost. They are expensive and worst service given by them.
Please I pray everyone to don't buy this AC, buy lg, Hitachi, voltas or any other company but not of o general, really worst service.
My AC's compressor got faulty and it has been 21 days since my complaint and today they say that the wrong compressor has reached here and after 3 days correct compressor will come. Regretting after buying o general's AC.
When I called the customer care and asked for support they registered my complaint and said a technician will attend within 24-48 hours. It has been four days, I have been calling them multiple times, however, no response yet. What is the purpose of having a great product in your house when you cant use it when you really need it just because of the poor after sales service.
