I feel this review is:
Never buy their new launch product. I bought heat and cold split AC 2 Ton. Remote control is not working. I asked company to get me new I will pay it. They dont have in stock in india. In 45 c temperature ac is on heating mode and no option to change on cold mode. Bought now dublicate remote but still its unable to change mode to cool. Called customer service number india 1860* . No one pick up call. Called number on there websites but no one response. Finally I got 1 mobile number of engineer working in o general. They visited and suggested not to buy new product of o general. They dont have remote control and ogeneral service is only better in dubai not in india.
