What a bad customer service. I bought a AC 2 years back and it's compressor is not working. Called up the dealer and he mentioned that there will be a visit and no one came. I put a request online and got a message that within 24-48 hours technician will visit you and fix the issue. But no call and no one came. Trying to contact dealer but dealer is not responding.


What a waste Ogeneral customer service is. Never Buy OGeneral AC. If I would have bought a LG or samsung or even Hitachi, I am sure it would have been much better.
